Yesterday I had to search on Google for an emergency vet because one of my dog- girl because she was competing with her daughters, bent one of her legs. I was nervous and found a closer hospital without knowing what the service would be like. but Thank you for the kindness and affection towards animals and people. I returned home with my daughter peacefully because of the professionalism, love and charisma of all the staff. I thank them a thousand times. Fanny say thank you so much 👏

My dog got into some shenanigans (eating thread) and they were quick to help her. Great people, great service. You can tell they care about animals.

Six months ago our kitten, Scar, suffered a dog attack. On our way to Waldorf Emergency Care, our kitty was in a vegetative like state. Mostly unresponsive, unable to move, was rapidly breathing, and sometimes would make minimal noises of distress. Unfortunately, it turns out he had a fractured spine that left him partially paralyzed and was declining. Luckily, the vet staff were able to stabilize him and hospitalized him for the weekend. During that time, Scar perked up and was able to start moving around, eating, and was discharged home. No one thought he was going to make it, but I’m forever grateful of the staff at this vet for saving his life. He is now 9 months old and thriving. Thank you Dr. Ken Fox and staff!

My dog was seen quickly. The entire staff was amazing! Dr. Fox explained, in detail, everything that was going on. He gave me honest answers. I had to make a very difficult decision. Dr. Fox and his staff accommodated me with what I wanted. He was gentle and sincere. My baby went to her eternal sleep while I held her in my arms. All the paperwork was taken care of prior, so we were able to leave with no delay. I am very grateful for their attention to my baby in her final hour. Thank you! 🐾🐾

In the midst of my emergency with a new puppy every single staff member was wonderful. All were caring, patient and compassionate both with me and my puppy. I would highly recommend.

Took my dog in for an emergency visit presenting with lethargy, nausea, lack of appetite, and bloody vomit. He ended up having to stay overnight and into the next day for gastroenteritis. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Fox is super nice and patiently answered all our questions. They were a bit busy at times, but in the end my buddy is back to his old self and making a full recovery. IMO pricing is fair. I would definitely bring my pets back here for their medical emergencies (though I hope they stay healthy!)

They told me my dog was not experiencing an emergency but as a new and first time dog owner, naturally, I thought he was dying. They were so patient and kind. My dog had to wait a few hours so that the animals with actual emergencies could be seen and then they brought him back and fixed him up. With meds an instructions we were on our way. He is already doing better and my heart attack is finally over. This place is a godsend for pet owners in the area. Thanks a bunch. This is my second nonemergency here and they never made me feel bad about it. ❤️

I’ve taken my dog here for unexpected happenings, but I’ve had such empathetic and caring staff take care of my dog as well as myself. Jen came to check up on me when I was crying and Emily was at the front desk and was so understanding of my situation. I was blessed to have my dog come here and have checked out. I’d rather be safe than sorry when it comes to my dog and the staff has really made it so I didn’t feel alone. Thank you for taking care of my Maxi (:

Took great care of my amxious car after a laceration to her leg. They were so kind and pat with her. We didn't wait but a few minutes before we were taken back. Very clean inside. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall visit was approximately 2 hours but that I cluded wound care and staples. We also got a thorough briefing on after care instructions. Vet on duty was extremely kind and had a great bedside manner. Everyone there made our very stressful situation so much easier. Cannot thank them enough!

I didn’t have much interaction with the doctor, just as assessment of my dog, so this is for the incredibly kind and empathetic staff that worked with me and my girl last night. Not only did Megan, Shay, and Mark provide outstanding care to my Harper, they also helped reassure and calm me down. Megan sat with me and answered my questions about her diagnosis, meds, and what to expect before we see our normal doctor on Monday. Shay and Mark helped in keeping the environment light, and made sure I had everything I needed to help with an anxious night. Of course it’s expensive and you have to wait, because that is a reality of emergency medicine for any species. Megan, Shay, and Mark are just lovely humans who love animals and have the compassionate hearts to do this very difficult work. Thanks to you three again! We appreciate you so much 🩷
